Ordering:

Placing your orders by filling up the form means you are ready to commit in settling your purchase/s. Do not place your order if you are not willing to wait and pay on time. No order form, no reservation, no processing of orders.

Every 15th and 30th of the month

Payment:

After receiving our confirmation via sms or email, please settle your payment within 3 business days. If you failed to pay, the item will be available for other buyers. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is settled. 

  

Shipping:

If your orders are complete and you are already fully paid, we will ship it the next day. Once the parcel is forwarded to the courier, we have no control of it but we can help you track the package. We shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity or bad weather condition. 
We will ship your items through our preferred courier.

Disocunts and Promos:

Discounts and Promos may change without notice. Only orders that arrived will be counted. Conditions of discounted and on Promo items will be applied.

Return and Exchange Policy:

No return, no exchange. Only products considered with defect or wrong (If I ordered the wrong color, wrong item, wrong size) can be exchanged. If you have received your order for more than 2 days, no returns are allowed. You can be rest assured, however, that all products are carefully checked and packed before being sent to you. Reseller and Dealers will have the opportunity to exchange unsold item within 14 days only.
